AI Disclosure & Governance Statement
Effective Date: August 4, 2026 | Last Updated: August 4, 2026
The Chosen Luxe Group Co. is committed to the responsible, transparent, and ethical use of artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies in our business operations and client services. This AI Disclosure and Governance Statement explains how we use AI, what data AI systems may process, the limitations of AI in our work, and the human oversight measures we maintain to protect our clients and uphold our professional standards.
This statement is provided in compliance with emerging AI transparency standards and best practices, including guidance from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding AI-generated content, endorsements, and automated decision-making.
1. Our Commitment to Human-Led Consulting
The Chosen Luxe Group Co. is a human-led consulting firm. Stephanie Chosen and our team of professionals are the primary authors of all strategic advice, consulting deliverables, and client recommendations. AI tools are used as productivity aids and research assistants — they do not replace human judgment, professional expertise, or the personal relationship we build with each client.
No AI system is authorized to make binding commitments, provide professional advice, or act as a representative of The Chosen Luxe Group Co. without human review and approval. Material client-facing deliverables and recommendations receive human review appropriate to their subject matter, risk, and intended use.
2. How We Use AI
We may use AI tools in the following capacities:
Website Content Assistance
Portions of the written content on this website — including service descriptions, blog posts, marketing copy, and informational text — may have been drafted, refined, or enhanced with the assistance of AI language models. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by Stephanie Chosen or authorized members of The Chosen Luxe Group Co. team before publication. AI-generated content does not represent independent legal, financial, or professional advice.
Client Communication Drafting
AI tools may be used internally to assist in drafting initial versions of client communications, proposals, or follow-up correspondence. All such communications are reviewed and approved by a human team member before being sent. The use of AI in drafting does not diminish our professional responsibility for the content of those communications.
Business Strategy Research & Analysis
AI tools may be used as research aids in the preparation of consulting deliverables, including market research, competitive analysis, and strategic frameworks. AI-generated research is treated as a starting point only and is independently verified, supplemented, and validated by our human consultants before being presented to clients. AI research tools do not replace professional judgment.
Administrative & Operational Automation
AI-powered tools may be used for internal administrative functions including scheduling optimization, document organization, email triage, and workflow automation. These uses do not involve sharing client confidential information with AI systems beyond what is necessary for the specific administrative function.
AI-Assisted Chat or Inquiry Response
If our website features an AI-powered chat assistant or automated inquiry response system, you will be clearly notified that you are interacting with an AI system. You will always have the option to request a response from a human team member. AI chat systems are not authorized to make commitments, provide professional advice, or enter into agreements on behalf of The Chosen Luxe Group Co.
3. AI Providers We May Use
We may use AI services provided by the following third parties. Each provider processes data under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:
May be used for content drafting, research assistance, and internal workflow tools.
May be used for content review, analysis, and drafting assistance.
May be used via Google Workspace AI features and Google Cloud AI services.
The platform on which this website is built uses AI for website generation, content suggestions, and design assistance. GoDaddy processes website-building data under their privacy policy.
Calendly may use AI to optimize scheduling suggestions and communications.
HoneyBook may use AI to assist with proposal generation, client communication, and workflow automation within their platform.
This list may be updated as we adopt new tools or discontinue existing ones. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
4. Data Processed by AI Systems
When AI tools are used in connection with our services, the following categories of data may be processed by AI systems:
- Website content and copy: Text entered into AI writing tools for drafting or editing purposes.
- Research queries: Questions or prompts submitted to AI research tools. We do not include client-identifying information in research queries.
- Internal documents: Draft documents processed through AI editing or summarization tools. Client confidential information is not submitted to external AI systems without client consent.
- Platform-generated data: Data processed by AI features built into platforms we use (GoDaddy Airo, HoneyBook, Calendly, Google Workspace) is governed by those platforms' respective privacy policies and AI terms.
We do not submit client confidential business information, personally identifiable information, financial records, legal documents, or sensitive personal data to external AI systems without explicit client consent. If you have concerns about how your information may be processed by AI tools in connection with your engagement, please contact us before your engagement begins.
5. Limitations of AI — What AI Cannot Do
AI tools have significant limitations. You should be aware of the following:
- AI can produce inaccurate information ("hallucinations"). AI language models may generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information. All AI-generated content used in our work is reviewed and verified by human professionals.
- AI does not provide professional advice. No AI tool used by The Chosen Luxe Group Co. is a licensed attorney, financial advisor, accountant, or certified professional of any kind. AI-assisted content is not a substitute for professional advice.
- AI does not know your specific situation. AI tools generate responses based on patterns in training data, not on a deep understanding of your unique business circumstances, legal environment, or personal situation.
- AI outputs may reflect biases. AI systems may reflect biases present in their training data. We are committed to reviewing AI outputs critically and correcting any biased, inaccurate, or inappropriate content before it reaches clients or the public.
- AI is not a substitute for Stephanie Chosen's expertise. The proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and strategic insights developed by Stephanie Chosen over 20+ years of business experience are the product of human expertise, lived experience, and professional judgment — not AI generation.
6. FTC Compliance — AI-Generated Content Disclosure
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on AI-generated content, endorsements, and deceptive practices:
- Where website content, marketing materials, or client communications have been substantially generated by AI and not materially altered by a human author, we will disclose this fact.
- AI-generated testimonials, reviews, or endorsements are not used on this website. All testimonials reflect the genuine experiences of real clients.
- AI-generated images or likenesses of real persons are not used on this website without disclosure.
- We do not use AI to create false impressions about the nature, quality, or results of our services.
7. Human Oversight & Governance
Our AI governance framework includes the following oversight measures:
- Human review of all client-facing content: No AI-generated content is delivered to clients without review and approval by a qualified human professional.
- Data minimization: We use the minimum amount of data necessary when working with AI tools and avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information to external AI systems.
- Vendor assessment: We periodically review the AI tools and providers we use to assess their data practices, security standards, and compliance with applicable law.
- Client notification: Clients will be informed if AI tools are used in a material way in the preparation of their specific consulting deliverables, upon request.
- Opt-out: Clients who do not wish to have any AI tools used in connection with their engagement may request an AI-free engagement in writing. We will make reasonable accommodations to honor such requests.
8. Limitation of Liability — AI-Related Claims
AI-related claims — including inaccuracies in AI-assisted deliverables, decisions made in reliance on AI-assisted content, data incidents at third-party AI providers, and harms arising from AI limitations or biases — are subject to the general limitation of liability set forth in our Master Disclaimers (§6), which is incorporated herein by reference. Our total aggregate liability for any AI-related claim shall not exceed the amounts set forth in our Terms of Use.
9. Changes to This Statement
We will update this AI Disclosure and Governance Statement as our use of AI evolves, as new AI tools are adopted, or as applicable laws and regulations change. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
